Europa rear camber

I had a look at a series 2 europa with a 1650 xflow engine a couple of days ago, and have a couple of queries. Firstly, is it normal to have noticeable negative camber on the rear wheels? Both wheels were the same, but it looked a bit excessve to me. Secondly what is the gearing in top in terms of mph per 1000rpm as this one seemed to be very rev happy - 50 mph was about 3500rpm? (Assuming the speedo/revcounter was reading correctly!). Any advice about europa ownership gladly received!
