Decent 13" road tyres

I've been using Yoko AO21R's in 185/70x13" size for last 15 years or so on the se7en, today I tried to buy some new ones only to be told by my Longtime supplier that they are no longer suitable for road use [NO E marking??] anyone else had similar problems sourcing new Yoko's in this size??
If i can't get New Yoko Ao21's can anyone recommend a similar quality alternative??
