Help Identifying Lotus Steering Wheel

Girlfriend's dad has asked her to list this steering wheel on eBay for him:



Having looked on eBay, there's plenty of 14in Chapman signed wheels (3 holes in the spokes) but this one is 15in diameter and has 4 holes in the spokes. Any ideas what it would have come off and would fit?

Possibly an Elan Plus 2 although the later ones had black spokes.

The boss fitting was to suit a Triumph steering column but I believe the early Plus 2's has a boss to suit a ford column.
