Banks Smart Europa Reg. AAT 1K

Hi all,

I've been looking for a used (preferably S2) Europa for a couple of months now. Prices seem a lot stronger than 12 months ago so nothing's tempted me so far. Me thinks the middle of winter will yield better-value potential purchases. From the Banks Europa website I noticed an orange Smart-powered one they made about 8 years ago. Well, I'd love to own that one. Anybody out there seen it lately or even knows the owner?

Have you tried contacting Banks Service Station direct?, they are usually very helpful.

Pretty sure Richard Winter still owns that and has no intention of selling. It would be many 10' of thousands anyway!

Thanks all. Actually shortly after I posted, I called Banks and spoke to Richard. He confirmed that it was still in his possession and didn't want to sell it. He told me that it's one of his favourite Europas ever due to its mod-cons and modern engine. He added he'd keep my details should he change his mind. I crossed my fingers and started saving...
