I can't read that without logging in, and my application to join that forum, made some months ago, was rejected for some reason.

"Huge thumbs-up for Graham Stobb of CoolAuto in North Shields.

He spent 2 hours working on my car yesterday to convert it from R12 to R413a [aka Isceon 49] (just in time for winter ). The refill ports are now installed in the pipes that run along the bulkhead, so much easier to get to than the ones on the compressor. Air temperature from the vents drops from ambient to about 4 celsius in a matter of seconds.

Highly recommended for anyone in the NE with aircon problems - the best thing about it is - it's a MOBILE service - he comes to you.

Cost for my conversion : parts, labour VAT etc. : £143"
