Yes Bruce, The Autobahnstormers http://www.autobahnstormers.org/
Most of us are on there. You won't find more knowledge about the LC anywhere else.
The only thing being is the £20 membership fee but you get a trade Vauxhall card which helps, but only when the parts are normal carlton, as you probably know they don't have anything LC related left !

I am a member of the Autobahn Stormers but I wanted to join a Lotus Club that recognises the Carlton as a Lotus.

Not a member myself, but the previous owner of my car was a member of http://www.clublotus.co.uk/ I think there are still a couple of LC owners registered with them.

AFAIK, ALL Lotus clubs recognise the Carlton as a Lotus.
