The original paint on the Lotus Carlton is really soft and mine has now suffered too many stone chips and car park scrapes for me to stand any longer. But who should I trust to make it perfect again? I'm not after a quick blow over. I keep my cars forever (all 4 are Lotus) - already had this one 5 years and wont want to seek more body attention for another 10 years.

There will be some pre-spray work (small GRP repair and de-rust bottom edge of nearside rear door), but the car is still very good bodily (and in all other respects) other than the poor paint strength. So where to go, anyone got any real life experience of top quality paintwork??

I can reccomend Stallion Automotive in Beeston, Nottingham.

They are very reasonable and used by quite a few Ferrari, Bentley and Mercedes dealers.

Plus very nice chaps to boot.
