Mods please don't move to the cleaning section.

I'm trying to find out the recommended brands/stuff to use that I can purchase easily here in Oz. Can anyone recommend:

Alloy Wheel cleaner

Polish/Wax for a black car

Leather cream care to help reduce wear, discolouration and creasing.

Cleaner for exhaust outlet (chrome I think)

Usually use megiuars and Autoglym in uk but unsure what's good here besides those.

Suggestions please!

A broken bucket and a single wash mitt. Soap is whatever is on offer and at the moment I am using Armor All Butter Wax as it was cheap and smells nice.

I use Mothers cleaning & polishing stuff, with one addition.

We found some stuff called SOLVEX one step Sealant.

It is a product put out for the boating industry, to protect fiber glass & paint in that testing atmosphere.

My Triumphs were restored 9/10 years ago, & have covered 40,000, & 60,000 Km respectively since then.

I polish & wax them once a year only, very thoroughly, then wash them as required in Mothers wash & wax, with 60cc of the SOLVEX in the washing water. I do use Mothers cleaner wax to polish off any bad bug or tar stains, & that's it. I am often asked how I get my cars so shiny. I do not use it as a polish, except on my wife's rice burner, where I can't be bothered doing a major wax job.

It comes from Tweed Heads, northern NSW. I'm not sure where, but I think it is in the phone book. I usually find it at boat shows, or large show & shine car shows.

Colonial, where do you catch your indians?

I always use autoglym products, you can get them at super-cheap auto and autobarn. The drying cloth is easily worth the money.
