As discussed at the Sydneu Xmas Drinks we need a run out for our cars with a bit of talking bcensoredx and some food. Limited crashing at ours for those who wish to try the home brew (and a curry) ! (beds, camper & tent(s) biggrin).

22nd Jan seems like a good day. Anyone else up for a run out. Route to be either wisemans ferry or putty to the wine region and then back.

Sounds good.

My car is on the market and I have a 6 month wait for the new car. So may be doing it in a Bayswater rental special.

Sounds good to us! Bring your pride and joy, your shed or a rental.

We are ok for parking here too for those who would like to stay overnight.

I don't know how I missed this, sorry folks. V I then remembered you messaging me something which I misread to be the flood thread. Sorry about that.

Love the idea in principal however I would feel inadequate, embarassed and hold up proceedings. A convoy of TVRs, 911s and Camrys does that. That and my tyres being made of the same material as an old Fiat dashboard...

I know it's not a race, but still...

If you want I can give you a lift to the meet, where you can find a better car to get a lift in?

Car isn't looking like selling any time soon.

That would be really good, thanks Andrew. Would that be ok with the rest of you, if I just tag along and scavenge lifts?

Now worries about a passenger seat in the Tuscan if Ness can have seat in someone else's car. Normal PH rules - Nobody gets left behind.

PH is about passion. TBH I'm happy to wait for the Camry, in fact under my convoy rules the slowest car leads as the ones further back have to go faster to maintain pace. So I follow you then the quick boys

We have enough beds/loor space to put you all up. Who has a sleeping bag and who does noy like spicy food ?

Sorry that you can't make it Custard.
Are there any vegetarians amongst you? Do you all like curry?

Fantastic, thanks guys. I'll stay or come back depending on lifts. Love curry and would love to take you up on that V & B.

Sounds like a great day, Bob the Vienta concern is more a handling and especially grip issue, but also I don't want to make everyone jealous.

Look forward to next weekend folks,

Stu

We have 2 spare rooms, each with a bed and the camper too which can sleep 2 people. Bob has a tent too. If we have any more people wanting to come I am sure the dogs would help out with their beds too wink

I will send a route out tomorrow.

Menu :
Goan pork
Chicken with Tomato & Garam Massala
Home made Chapatti
Spiced Cabbage & Peas
Gujurati Carrot Salad
Basmati Rice (if required)

If a melon has ripened in the garden that will be dessert. If not I my make some mango ice cream.

Home brew beer or spirits or Hunter wine to wash it down !

Any other takers ?

Just a quick message to those of you coming on the run on Saturday, who is bringing their wife/partner/girlfriend so we can sort out numbers for catering and sleeping?
