In celebration of my third year in this fine land I have decided to invest in a good old aussie ute. Got a heap of landscaping to do with the new house so I need something I dont ming scratching up a little. Also want to take it camping to Fraser every now and then so has to be 4x4 and relatively capable. Also needs to be a crew cab, just incase.

Hard bit is the budget! I want it cheap! I reckon 7.5k tops and it needs to be about a 2000, but might stretch to 10.... I'm thinking Triton as they seem a bit cheaper than the hilux. What you reckon?

Nice but too expensive, anything in this country with Toyota and 4x4 seems to demand the most ridiculous price tag!
