Inspired by Deviant,

It's time for a PH Sydney beers meet

Sometime in December. We'll work out the dates later. Maybe go the Lord Nelson?

If before 20th then we will be up for it. 18th Dec would be ideal.

If its in the City, say Lord Nelson, The Australian, or Redoak, on a weeknight, then count me in too!

If anyone fancies an evening a bit further afield, and beer's the target, then I can heartily recommend the 4 Pines in Manly biggrin Well, I would...

Count me in. If it's a weekday evening I'm somewhat compromised as often have evening meetings. Lord Nelson an excellent choice.

Puts pressure on those leaving the list to renumber wink and keep a running total of attendees

Does a thursday or saturday night work better?

Either the 16th or 18th of December at the Lord Nelson in the Rocks (western side of the bridge, not tourist city)

Saturday would work better for me due to the zero alcohol policy at work and the fact that I am getting up at 06:00 most Thursdays at present.

Another vote for Saturday 18th from me.

Bear in mind though, we'd have to book a table there for a Saturday especially if we're looking at the Nelson. I know this from my pub crawls on Saturdays in the rocks... getmecoat

Happy to help with any logistics I can - let me know.

Damn, I'm there for just a week from 27th November and then arrive permanently from 29th December.

Up for a meet in Jan then.

I just spent Saturday night getting sloshed in the Nelson and can confirm that it was pretty bloody busy from 5pm!

Decent pint and food was nice too, I'll give it that ...

That Saturday's not going to work for me as a session - best I can do is a bit of a fly-past and the merest sniff of Three Sheets. I reckon there might be an RBT or two around that night...

Bumping this up to see who is in, see if we can round up more and see if Mr. Deviant has booked his flight yet.

Also, the last Saturday before Christmas in one of the best pubs in the best areas of Sydney... I reckon that warrants booking sharpish.
