I know a few people on here take their "expensive" cars to Oz and I was considering just flogging the £5k Audi A2 and getting something cheaper over there.

However, now I've read about the high cost of cars there I wonder if it would be worth taking the A2 with us? I guess it's quite a rare car over there but if thats a good thing or not, I'm not sure.

Oh, and I assume shipping costs could be near the £5k value of the car anyway?

I'd be really suprised if it sold quickly as small cars don't really happen in amlot of AU

I don't think they were ever sold here so you might find someone after it for novelty value. You'd probably be best advertising it or at least putting an EOI on an Audi or Euro car specific forum. Maybe ask folk on http://forums.eurocca.net/forumdisplay.php/9-Audi

Having done a bit of digging, I think the car will be best off staying in the UK.

It's bad enough being forced to buy A2 specific parts from Audi main dealers in the UK, let alone having to get them to send them to the other side of the world!
