Importing to Victoria - WARNING

One Cerb and one SpecB Legacy Estate (Wagon) personally imported.
I did lots of research and was careful with the rules and forms.
Used a well known International haulier, only problem - one set of lost Subaru keys.
Had the compliance needs scoped and costs worked out, contacted VicRoads for advice on post-import steps but;
badly let down at THIS end - don't import to Melbourne without e-mailing me first!

You should share with no names / statements possible to be chartered as slanderous. There's quite a few of us who by following the rules we've gone through and posted here that it could be good for anyone considering.
Why post raw bacon when you could share the crispy toasted story. There are some smart folks here, who might want to know (and help if its not too late)!
