Family court form 11 consent orders

Long shot I know but I'm running out of options...
Ex and I are trying to finalise property settlement by consent orders. The form 11 application is a bit ambiguous, particularly in our case.
We have agreed on terms but need to fill the forms in.
Both have had independant and conflicting advice.
Family court will not assisit in filling the form out, even though we aren't asking for legal advice.
As a last resort we went today to a Lawyer who agreed to see us together... total waste of time and money, he was incompetent and we are no further advanced.
Anyone had any experience with this, or can suggest who might be able to assist us?
