Is there any chance in getting Job sponsored

Im looking to immigrating to Australia but have been told by one agent I have to have 6 years experience in IT prior to me going on the 175/176 visa.

Is there any chance in the current climate of being offered job sponsorship.

Im working for a world wide recognised company in London and have been there now 3 years and have 2 years behind me in IT, i also have IT exams under my belt

Does your existing employer operate in Australia? Best chance would be an internal transfer.

Australia is in recession even if it's not as bad as most other places. But the number of people hiring at that level of experience is likely to be limited, placing a great onus on them to demonstrate that your skills are irreplaceable from the local workforce before they can sponsor you.

Try the hiring agencies first, find out how much demand there is for your skill set, then go back to the immigration agent.
