Advanced Driving

Hi all,

this may be an oxymoron, but is there an advanced driving school in Perth anywhere?
(Similar to the AIM in UK)

if so, has anyone attended and like to comment?

Ahg near the airport do alot of these type of days but more on a defence driving style

If you are looking at more high perfomance style the wa sporting car club do race craft days but you have to be a member about $250 a year then the corse is around $350 for the day in your own car

Surely there's no need for an institute of advanced motorists in Perth. What with the already sky high driving standards over here!!!!

I dont think there is anything like AIM in WA. AHG do some on track/skid pan stuff. I think they did once do an on road thing but I dont know if they still do.

There is www.nolimitevents.com that run at Barbagello.

I have heard of there being a few in the eastern states but again they are on track, Warren Luff is probably the most well known.
