If the unmarked car I saw this morning was anything to go by - must've been doing about 120 in a 100 limit, whilst on his mobile phone, undertook, tailgated, kept on speeding on.
Still, he was probably in a hurry...oh hang on...that isn't an excuse according to the propaganda.
Next time I see him I'm going to take his number and phone the dob in a hoon hotline
