Perth hand car wash

Recently moved to Perth SOR
We arrived on my wifes student visa from the UK
Kids are settled at school etc, and I am at a loss of what to do with myself.
Visa rules only allow me to work a max of 20 hours per week for somebody.
So I have spent a while finding what kind of business to set up.
Do you guys think there is a market for hand car washes in perth? the type where you sit in your car while the guys with a jet wash, buckets and leathers clean it for you.
I saw a few of them in Sydney and Melbourne when I visited recently, and of course there are quite a few in the UK, but none that I have seen in Sunny Perth.
Does anyone know if these places make much money and if so any fgures would be welcomed.
Any regulations that would make this impractical to start up?
Also if anyone knows of any businesses that are for sale, showing a nett profit over $120k, I again would be very interested. Anything considered
Any ideas to fill any gaps in any markets would also be welcomed :-)
Sorry for posting this on a car forum, I do very much love my cars even though I have a Prado diesel at the moment, having sold my Z3M Coupe the day before I flew out here ( huge regret, I should have brought it with me) But i really am struggling a bit on the whole income side and dont want to go back home, so thought i'd ask while I still have the money to buy or set up a business.

I think there is one of those cafe / car wash places in Perth....I'm sure I have seen it but cant think where....maybe another opening for something like that?
There are quite a few mobile detailers in Perth so I'm not sure how much space there is for more. Most of them seem to charge around the $600 mark for a proper detail so maybe you can be better and cheaper?!
I think the issues you would run in to are:
Water restrictions and waste water disposal.
Most suburbs have their own self car wash, You will have seen them around...the ones with 4 or 5 bays with pressure washers and the like. You can wash your car for about $12 in one of those.
