Sloppy CARBON tires.

SO the new to me car that i picked up has a set of "Carbon" branded tires on it, this is how it was when i looked/test drove it. 235/35 R19 & 265/30 R19.
they felt OK when i test drove the car but seem to be giving me more concern and annoyance as the days go by.
some times they feel nice and round and quiet, other time they are rough and noisy. its almost as if they are going out of round. they seem to get better if you drive on them for a bit, like half an hour. ideally id like to be rid of them, does anyone know somewhere in Melbourne that would do a trade in on the tires for me.
