I have a had a look and cannot see whether a decision was made on how the Oz members can advertise cars for sale as there is not the option in the standard classifieds.

I wanted to check before putting something up and falling foul of Mr Garlick!

Is there a way we can do this?

Cheers

No I don't think it was sorted. Originally it was 'post in classifieds' but that is obviously pointless.

Perhaps put it up with a note for the mods explaining again.

If its for a Moke then you won't need the ad wink

Maybe an interesting cars in the Australian classifieds section. Which we all agree will only feature our cars.

Gentlemans agreement and we don't tell anyone. Our little corner of the world should be safe.

Yep, I have my beloved 6 series up for sale now as well... although to be honest I'm being forced by my good wife, so if it doesn't sell I'm not fussed.

So what's the final result here? I've got my 530i up for sale and getting increasingly frustrated with the timewasters, would love to see it go to a PHer!

A friend and latent PHer is selling his '07 530i wagon with just 48k on the clock for less than $30k. Seems a hell of a lot of car for the money if you're in the market.

That is good value - special deal or is that the norm?

anyone interested in a 2012 Mercedes G350....I might find myself being pushed to go back overseas by mid year...not advertising it yet, but if there is an interested party, all the better

No, didnt seem that special. when he told me about it i had a check at the time to see what else was around and there was quite a few on the market. may have just been that time when there was a glut on the market due to everyone's lease ending at the same time.

they have a good spec on them from this point onwards I think, as they all get the 6 piston front callipers from here onwards.

FS my daily of over 6 years.

1996 Vienta 5sp poverty spec, fresh pink slip but no rego, out by a month. Can rego it at buyer's cost. Remote central locking is the only modern thing on it.

279,000km, air con ice cold 80% of the time. Leaking a little oil, and sometimes smokey on startup.

Half decent condition I suppose, tyres all good, just been serviced, drives very well.

I've a US spec 200bhp ECU needs connecting up if you're so inclined.

I wouldn't think twice about driving this to WA, it's never let me down apart from the battery, which is now a new 2 month old one.

$500 worth of newish stereo, USB connect etc which I'll likely remove but could be a negotiation point.

Basically it's a trusty, comfy and surprisingly brisk old shed that will need mild head work or a friendly pink slip if you need to rego it in a year's time. Faster than a Golf R from the lights.

$800 with sounds. Will sort some pics later, there's a few on this forum already.
