Help needed! Finding sales staff

Ladies & Gents,

I thought you might be able to help - I work for an international company in the language services/communications area. We currently have a small sales office in Sydney and I'm looking to add more but finding a nightmare finding decent candidates (Seek.com.au got something like 8 replies and our usual avenues haven't been getting stellar replies). Any ideas?

Typically, I'm looking for 1-4 years sales experience - we have a pretty unique offering and it's an awesome opportunity for the right people (I'm Kiwi, living in London and love it) - any ideas in how to find them is appreciated!

Might need to review how the advert looks / reads. When we put adverts on Seek we usually get anywhere between 60 and 80 applications in the first 3-5 days.

We are in WA but those applications come from across the whole country.
