Perth share house or rental

So the Kalamunda house is finally selling, so I'll be needing somewhere to go in a couple of months.
I feel like a change from the hills and aiming to get closer to the coast. Work in Malaga so unless I win lotto I spose anywhere from Morley to heathridge would do.
Need to reduce my rent so I can start saving a deposit so looking to share.
I come as a package with Floyd the dog which I know is going to restrict my chances.
Anyone know of anything suitable? I know I'm in for a shock as I've had 5 years on a half acre 5x3 with pool and garage for an average of $300/week

Always a spare room in Adelaide mate including the dog, I don't thik the Nullabor is really commutable though!

Still have a few friends in Perth so will ask if they know of anything. Agree though that Gumtree has always come up trumps for me in the past.

Forgot about this thread, don't come on here much these days.
Ended up with a nice 4x2 in Alexander heights with double garage and decent workshop.
5 minutes from work too :-)
