There's been a ship moored just off Rockingham for the last couple of weeks usually during the day, just wondered if anyone knew what it was ? It's black, with a red diagonal stripe going down it, quite an awesome looking thing.

I was going to say a Sea Sheperd boat but looks like they are grey and black and stuff.
Went to the Fremantle ports website to look but was very triky so gave up!
Did find this arriving in a week or two.

Someone said today that they think its a new border patrol ship being tested.
