Perth: Whitfords (NOR) to Bentley (SOR) in rush hour?

A quick one for those in the know - I have to get to Technology Park in Bentley for a course 3 days next week. I need to get there for 9AM.

Is it going to be a nightmare going down the Mitchell freeway at that time of day? I'll be finishing at 5PM so back in the rush-hour too!

I'd was tempted to say go Reid and Tonkin as Reid has fewer lights, and Tonkin is fairly quick.. But then I remembered the Tech Park is the other side of Bentley ..

The Mrs used to do Farmer / Orong and it was stop/start all the way from very early. Albany will be busy too and has loads of lights around Bently.

So it's down Kwinana, you should be okay once you get through the city. But your times are probably the worst you could hope for.
