Anyone new build in Melbourne?

Just looking for some advice regarding a new build in Berwick, Melbourne.

Anybody done this?

Any problems using one of the big builders? We were thinking either Henley or Metricon.

How much headache would a knockdown / rebuild?

just emailed my best aussie mate- he is from Melb and one of Australia's best building designers. he was nominated for Aussie of the year a few years back so if anyone knows he does!!! will let you know

Not much help, he knows some great builders in heidelberg and one in Mornington but none in Berwick.

He also said without seeing the place he couldnt advise the best option, A new build isnt difficult but if its a classic build trying to encaptulate that is a challenge.

he is often down that way as all his family are in Melbourne and he does alot of work for clients etc, give him a call if you want any advice- I can guarantee he wont rip you off and tells it as it is!

Moonbeam Design is his company up here in the NT so just look it up.
