Bringing a race car to Oz

Me and the family are coming over in 2013 and I can't bear to part with my Tuscan race car.

Several have been bought by Ozzies recently so I guess that they are in demand. Is it hard to import one? Importing a race car shouldn't be as hard as importing a road car. Is it?
Anyone done it?

you would need to contact the governemnt to see what u can bring in. not sure hoow it works as race only but it is definantly different

PS, there is atleast 1 of thoes models in Yellow, was in race mad a while back the owner runs a Rover engine shop or something hear, and has it to promote his engine work.....

Would be good to see any sort of TVR over here. I have fond memories of the Tuscan challange and would love to see one racing over here.
