A quick question for those with knowledge of Perth, getting married there next year, where is a good venue to get married, where to have a nice dinner/drinks after?

I got married on Cott beach, and had our reception at Indianna's.

Kings park is nice and central. What sort of venue are you after?

I got married at Lamont's Bishop House just off St Georges Terrace at the end of May this year. It is one of Perth's oldest buildings and you can hire the whole place with its own small park, large gardens, great for photos. The staff were excellent, great service which is hard to find in Perth, and the food and booze were very good too.

Nooooo! Don't do it!!!
That leads to mortgages, kids, car for the missus, Saturday mornings at kids sports, spending millions on instantly broken Christmas presents.
But most importantly.........
Swapping the toy for a Tarago eek
Why is divorce so expensive?
Coz it's worth it!!!

Seriously, tho, congratulations cool
Where ever you end up tying the not, remember to have fun, it's your day!

Ours wasn't.

Few drinks in the morning on Cott beach, quick wedding with a dozen friends, seafood/steaks & drinks in Indiannas for lunch then into Perth and more drinks and food at the Lucky Shag.

A week later we went down the "hatched, matched & dispatched" office (Births / Marriages / Deaths) and picked up our cert.

Done.

It is only sh*t if you build it up to be the best day ever and it falls short. We planned it to be a day of getting hammered with our friends.
