The Next NSW Event

Hi all,

Although we had a lovely time on Saturday, there were a few people missing (Thang, Matt, Rob and John spring to mind - sorry if I forgot anyone) and a car missing (Andrew Stirling's new old BMW) so it'd be good to have another drive day or social event soon.

Also, Vanessa and I both have birthdays this month so this seems like a good excuse to have drinks bought for us.

How is everyone fixed for the following dates? I thought I might be able to do a poll thing, but I can't see how to.

Saturday 24 September
Sunday 25 September
Saturday 1 October
Sunday 2 October

The October weekend is probably out for me too as I have Scottish friends to stay. The September dates suit though.

The 24th September suits best for us. We will be going to the Vintage Motor Garage at Central Mangrove with the Lotus group on the 8th so weekend after isn't for us.

Would love to be part of this, and meet you all at some point, but having a full-on job and a young family means I can't give up large chunks of my weekend to driving around and/or going to the pub. Much as I would like to.

Keep posting the photos though - good to see what's going on.

I am now officially a car OWNER not renter but don't let me organise any driving days as i suspect ground clearance could be an issue!

Yep 24th is the go. Wisemans ferry run. We can do a quick blast down the old pac first for the 80 zone to see if we can find another bike then double back via galston gorge.

New meet place if we want to do this. Berowra rest stop which is just off the f3.

Vanessa has the right idea! I'll do some research on drinking holes in the area. I can't get too wasted though; we have a friend's birthday in Gosford that night.
