Avoiding naming and shaming

As some of you may be aware I have had a very long, protracted and ultimately futile attempt to purchase an Alfa Romeo from a West Sydney dealership.

This has left me extremely keen not to let anyone else fall into the same trap and whilst I'm not one to rant (too much anyway - see below ), if anyone is interested in purchasing an Alfa and wants to avoid my experience please pm me and I'll be more than happy to pass on the benefit of my experience (all bad)

In this day and age and with the power of the internet to expose corrupt practise and lies I truly cannot believe companies can be so dismissive of even the basic attempts at customer service and making right their wrongs.

If anyone knows any good Alfa Romeo internet forums that I can offer my pearls of wisdom on I would be grateful.

No same road but further out, however, the inner west one was so shocking when I went to look at a car I didn't bother moving forwards with them. The sales guy there tried to tell me the green cloverleaf was a symbol of environmental friendliness - I kid you not

I can't believe this debacle is still going on. As Colonial asked, are you still going ahead with the purchase? As you've been hiring a car for all these years while you wait, you've actually had a fair financial loss too - as this is NSW perhaps you should be thinking of litigation? You could represent yourself

We keep tabs on all forums, sorry guys but we can't be too careful on the N&S front, it can and has cost far too many $'s in the past.

The deal is officially off but on the plus side I did get confirmation they are sending me my deposit back - after threatening them in a most un underbellybstylee I assure you

928S4 Matt. I'm sitting here quite emotional about it, it is awesome. Just spent the last half hour in the garage alone with it. I had expectations and knew I'd have some dreams shattered - I was wrong, it is sensational.
