I'd be surprised if a HSV dealer will sell you one, they require a VIN before selling any HSV parts (I assume to stop people from faking up Commodores).

I bought something for Donk a couple of years ago and even with his (English) VIN I had a battle to convince them, only got it because the HSV dealer manager knew me
