Removing overspary from bumper?

I have one are of light overspray on my front bumper. I am not sure of the material of the bumper but it is some sort of rubber/plastic. Whats the best way to do this?

A clay will sort the overspray out, you may need something a bit coarser, something like Meguiars Agressive detailing clay.

Have a word with Polished Bliss, they stock a good selection and Rich will be able to point out the most suitable if you tell him your problems...
