Clays, sealants and glazes?

Hi. I've decided to give the car a proper spring clean over the next few weeks and have decided to try and go the whole hog. Only problem is i can't decide which products to use so was looking for some advice.
These are the steps i'm going to do, and the products i already have but not sure what to use for some of the steps;

wash - zymol shampoo
clay - ?
wash again
dry
polish - P21s polish
glaze - ?
sealant - ?
wax - P21s
topcoat - ?

Any suggestions?
