Cleaning Off Back To Black (silicon spray) From My Wheels

I have sprayed my powder coated alloys with silicon spray "Back to Black" style stuff to try and keep make them easier to clean. However it hasnt had the desired effect and has made my wheels look awful. The brake dust and road dirt has stuck on even more.

Can you recommend a product for shifting the sticky spray? The wheels are multispoke 3 door Cosworth so it would be very time consuming to rub every part with a cloth......
