I've used the Meguiars one once and it seemed pretty good, although you need to keep spraying the detailer on at the same time. Is this Bilt Hamber Clay Bar better?
The Meguiars one was £12 with the detailer.
thanks

Bilt Hamber one is more aggresive than the megs one, plus it on requires ordinary tap water as a lube

How do you use a clay bar then?
I'm looking to take the swirling out of my Westfield panels and normal polishes just aren't cutting it

www.bilthamber.com/autoclayhowto.html

it wont remove the swirls, although this might.

I've not used any of these products (only read the above yesterday) but they sound pretty good so I think I'll give them both a try.

Clay bars are very easy to use, just make sure the area you are working on is well lubed, with water or detailing spray, depending on which clay bar you are using, this won't remove swirls, its job is to pull contaminents out of the paint, such as rail dust, brake dust, tar etc.

To get the swirls out its probably going to have to be machine polished

Autobalm won't remove swirls, it might fill them slighty for a while, but after a few washes they'll be back
