So my top up bottle in my boot fell over and some of the contents has come out, saturated the top mat, the underlay sort of material under that and also the material covering the metal of the boot floor.

Whats the best way to clean the whole mess up? Or am I looking at a new mat and the unerlay sort of material?

Cheers.

Cement dust (NO that's the Marshal in me escaping!!)
Get it dry cleaned??
We do sometimes, when the track is damp, use some sort of magic granual that sucks the oil out of the track and turns into dust which can then be swept away, Have no idea what it's called (heard star dust once, but that might not be the name!)

Thought of getting the mats cleaned, dont know where tho!

Will have a look for those sort of compounds which soak up oil...

Don't know what your car is but why not go to a breakers yard and buy a new (used) one?
