I have just bought an BMW M3 2003 Cab (Black) and have spent the whole weekend with 'the Zymol'.

The car looks great now but the soft top needed some attention, I cleaned it using BMW Cabrio cleaner, which I thought would also 're-waterproof' it, so that water would bead as opposed to soak in.

Sadly no luck.

Used a full bottle of the Autoglym stuff the following day and has not made much difference (b@stard to get off the paintwork and windows though).

I have heard Renovo is good but this looks like a Saab product.

Can I make the water bead on the roof? (this is the first soft top I have had so forgive my ignorance)

Anyone tried this Renovo stuff?

Thanks..

Tony
