Cheap dual action polisher?

I've been asked what I want for Christmas and most stuff I'm after immediately blows any budget!!

One thing I was considering was a dual action polisher. I'll probably only use it once or twice a year so I don't want to sink a lot into it. I've got a Mini with a black roof and it's got an etched bird st in there which I've never addressed.

I have some cordless tools by worx with a few batteries but they only sell this orbital so I'll probably just get a corded tool.

Anything decent enough under the £100 mark with pads etc?
