Rubberised Paint

I am looking to touch up some worn high points on the centre consol; the legacy paint is a rubberised type. I have removed the sticky surface (that plagues cars from the late 90s and early 2000s)...but would now like to 'tart up' the worn area.

I did a quick google for rubberised paint...but it was all spray stuff; I'm hoping there is a tinned form that can be put on with a small brush ?

Any suggestions appreciated ....no doubt this has been solved by many owners
