Our motorhome has a partial satin grey wrap that has become discoloured over time. Washing with normal car shampoo doesn’t have any effect on the marks and I don’t want to try polish or wax as it may damage the satin finish.

As there are quite a few cars with satin wraps is there anything on the market that could remove or at least improve the marks?

That looks like damage from cleaning chemicals; do you tend to use a generic TFR/big vehicle cleaner on it?
Darker matte colours seem to hate the stuff and will chalk up quickly, especially where the products aren’t rinsed out from behind vents, door shuts etc.

Most of the products that improve the appearance of damaged plastics end up adding some gloss to them, and aren’t ever permanent.
You could try to make sure the marks aren’t just water spots with a bit of window cleaner over in a corner.

Car-pro PERL might help the appearance of it to some degree if it is chemical staining.

Don’t discount just getting it removed and replaced.
You could use the chance to go with a different colour scheme, or just go like for like and rejuvenate the whole look of it.

I usually use Fenwicks motorhome shampoo so I’d hope that would be suitable but occasionally Turtle Wax “ceramic” car shampoo. I think the stains under the vent are a combination of contaminants running off the roof in rain and dirt collecting on the vent sealant.

I’ll give your window cleaner suggestion a try and if that doesn’t have any effect move on to your next product. Thanks.
