1. Any quick home fixes to remove this black scuff mark on the rear bumper? I’ve heard about trying wd40 with a sponge?

2. This area was repaired last year. But now noted a peeling sticker issue. Almost like a vinyl wrap peeling off. Is this what body shop use these days?

Thats down to the plastic, nothing but fresh paint will sort that.

Judging by the peeling of the surrounding areas that looks a shoddy job done in the first place

Poor prep on the panel means the paint hasn’t properly bonded. The knock has simply highlighted this issue now. If you pull it, great chunks will likely follow.

It’ll need a full panel flat and repaint

Thank you

I’ve raised a complaint with the insurer that handled the repair job last year under their lifetime guarantee. They've asked me to take the vehicle in to a repair shop for inspection.

I’m a bit concerned I’ll get fobbed off due to the new scuff, but clearly the work done last year was substandard and is going to give more issues down the line.
