Was pouring with rain and somehow was reversing out if a space and drove straight in to a fence post. I didn't see it and didn't think I was going that fast but somehow not only has it dented my boot the rear window completely smashed! Hopefully I can just get the windscreen replaced but I'm worried that just below the windscreen it is dented. Could it be a chance that they can't fit a new windscreen due to the surround being dented? Panicking that I will need a new boot door. If that is the case I could look at spares websites. Is it called a boot lid and what sort of price should i expect?

The recommendation would be for a new/tailgate repair but it looks to me (can't see clearly) that the damage is not enough to prevent a new glass being fitted. I would have thought a bit of mole-grip action straightens out any kink that might be there.

How much will someone charge to fit it though?

I would search for 'Honda Jazz breaking', and then try and negotiate a deal for the bits you need.

Difficulty would be finding someone who wants the work. A body shop would be able to do a straight swap in an hour. Obviously no painting. But, if you can rope in a couple of mates to help you (tailgates can't really be done single handed, not safely at least) then it's not a technically difficult job.

Be aware that the paint will look a slightly different shade in bright light. Fortunately as it's not a side door that's not a big deal.
