Hi all, I've never repaired a crashed car before, but son has had a small front end bash and I thought it would be a good project for us to fix it ourselves.

However, where do we start with 'missing' parts? It's a light front end on a Renault Twingo, and I know bits are missing.......is there a website or parts catalogue online showing all the bits on like an exploded diagram?

There's plenty of parts suppliers online, but they all want a part number or specific part.......if it's gone in the accident, I don't know what I don't know.

Hope I've made sense!

When I was in the trade I could ask main dealers to send me a schematic of,for example, all the components of a front bumper.
So you could try calling your local Renault parts department, see if they will email you a picture.

If you had a BMW Realoem.com have the diagrams, I'm not sure if there's similar websites for other brands

Search around and you'll often find them dumped somewhere on the internet - sometimes dealers publish them on their parts site if you're dead lucky!

You can also try the ebay fishing around method; search for "twingo bumper bracket" and see if you can visually confirm & get the part number from pictures / listing

Parts link is very good but does cost.
Loads of makes and very close to what dealers use.
