Hoping someone here can help point me in the right direction.

Car is almost 2 years old now and after washing it yesterday I noticed a few spots of tar on the rear and it felt rough to the touch.

Now normally, I'd just take a clay bar to it post wash and polish and seal but the car was PPF'd / ceramic coated.

I tried some fallout remover and it didn't really do the job (apart from make the whole place smell of petrol....).

Any products I can use to get the fallout off but not remove what's left of the ceramic coating?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Fallout remover wont work on tar, wrong product. You need some tar and glue remover. Hard to say whether it will effect the ceramic coating. It depends what the coating was and when it was applied.

Cheers for the replies, I'll get in touch with the installer and see what he recommends.

It's Gyeon Ceramic Coating.
