Powder coating wheels in North Wales/North West

Evening all,

Would anyone have any good experiences with any wheel refurb places that carry things out all in one day?

There’s a great place near me that can do it if I take the wheels off and can go without my car until it’s done, but unfortunately that’s not really an option at the moment.

Ideally I’d be looking for somewhere to drop the car in the morning and pick it up later on. Would like a slightly different shade too.

Try ‘The Wheel Specialist’ in Chester.
I had some wheels powder coated there. I had already downsized my wheels, so the wheels I dropped off were off the car.

I will be needing the wheels on the 370z redoing at some point soon and I have had Junction Wheelworkx at Llandudno Junction recommended to me a couple of times (by picky car people). They offer loan wheels for more common cars/sizes if they are not able to turn around as quick as you need.

I haven't used them yet but have spoken to them about colour/finish pricing and they were prompt with the options etc.

These are the wheels on the car before (diamond cut)

These are them after powder coating. If you see lines on the spokes at 8 o clock position, this is the reflections of the white ceiling beams. It is NOT poor work from them

I was leaning towards Chester (well, Ellesmere Port), but as they need the car overnight and I’m an hour away I might just go for something closer to home.
