Tail light gasket material

Does anyone know what material is used to make tail light gasket?

I imagine it varies depending on the age of the car - I've seen some with a sort of foam, and some with a more rubber-like material. I made mine from some strips of closed-cell foam when I was last doing some.

Usually an EPDM closed cell foam I'd expect.
