Cleaning convertible roof rubbers

Any recommendations for products to clean / revitalise convertible roof and window rubbers?

I use a soft detergent / soap to clean the rubber, nothing to aggressive as it can attack the rubber. Then I use a product called Gummi Pflege to keep it soft and supple

Plus one for the Gummi Pflege. Although it is German you should be able to get it on UK Amazon.
