Hi folks

I have some liquid spilt on my car seat.

I have tried both warm and cold water with a sponge to remove it but it didn't make any difference

Any ideas what I could use?

Thanks in advance

Might help to know what the liquid was?

Do you have access to a wet vac?

Knowing the liquid is the key, if that's oil it will need to be treated differently to other things as an example.

Wet Vac and suitable solution to dissolve the spilt stain would be fine.

Highly recommend a small spot carpet cleaner - here is the first one that comes up on Argos, but I see Car Throttle use other models.

Successfully removed many spills from my car seats, leaves them nice and clean (including petrol & oil mix).

Hi Folks

I forgot to mention, the liquid has dried and it has been on the seats for quite a while.

I repeat my option above, but now with the added bonus of spraying cleaning stuff (or water) onto the seat for cleaning it - the carpet cleaner does this, and some package deals come with carpet / upholstery cleaner with them.

Wet sand clean the whole seat with a decent fabric detergent and leave to dry

Wet vac for better results

Ooops

Well it would definitely get rid of the stain
Along with the seat it's self

Should be wet and clean

It is certainly a consideration, including checking the users past threads/replies.
