My Abarth 124 Spider has ridiculously soft paint, and as such looks pretty poor. I am soon selling the car, so obviously want to make it look the best it can. Could someone give me a list, with products required, on what to do, in what order? I know it will need polishing, possibly clay barred. It has a few places where the clearcoat has faded (if that is the right word) where bird droppings have been.
I already use the 2 bucket method, microfibre mitt but that is about it.
Lastly, any suggestions on soft top cleanser?

Try some Autoglym super resin polish, it masks quite a lot of defects but doesn't last long unless topped with extra gloss protection but if your punting the car on I wouldn't worry about it.
Their soft top care kit is also very good.
Be careful with claying as it can inflict more defects.

As above, Super Resin is your friend.

Don't bother with claying as you'll inflict further defects in the form of clay marring.

Cheers,

Chris
