How to remove scratch on car
Discussion
I’d be calling ChipsAway https://www.chipsaway.co.uk/ or one of the other specialists.
Looks a fairly simple repair with no dents in the panel. A decent body shop should sort that for a couple of hundred.
As mentioned Chips Away, Dent 999 or similar if you want a Smart repair.
If the car is of low value or an old banger, mask it off, rub in down, prime and use a spray can from a car accessory shop, £20 tops.

if its an old car, is frequently a little bit dirty, you're skint or you can't be bothered with much effort:
using an aggressive kitchen sponge or fine wet and dry with some Daz etc and water, sand the area to remove the 'high spots' at the very edges of each scratch where the paint is proud of the surface, also cleaning the scratches out at the same time. a tooth brush is handy for this part!
rinse with clean water and tooth brush so there's no Daz remaining in the scratches.
using the right coloured aerosol (or even a similar colour will do!) spray a puddle of the paint into the cap of the aerosol
add talcum powder to the paint puddle and mix until a thick paste is formed.
using a cotton bud apply the paste into the scrathes
when its dry polish the area with T cut

1: Wet sand with a fine emery 1500-2000.
2: Use your finger to spread some colour matched paint onto the those areas.
3: Allow to dry, wet sand again with the 1500-2000 paper.
4: Apply a bit more paint with your finger. Allow to dry.
5: Now buff & polish with a buffing machine should conceal most of that.
Or call a mobile repair specialist they will fix for around £150-200. You can DIY for way less!
