Picked up a new to me Z4 this week, there are a couple of spots where the lacquer is crazing about the size of a 20p. I assume it could have been bird poo not cleaned off. Is there a DIY fix?
Try a polish first but Autoglym do a product called reflow if all else fails. I've heard of people using a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the area but never tried it myself.
